Intel GMA 3150 is the driver software for your GPU. Not your actual GPU. Logical Processors doesn't matter and x86 is just the bandwith type for your CPU. On lowest settings you might be able to run it, but don't expect a steady 60fps. You might occasionally get that though, but only because your screen resolution is so low. Your ram is barely enough and your CPU is also not too good. Give me the actual GPU model and I'll give a more accurate answer.

Sigh... Intel GMA 3150 is the integrated graphics for older (read: 2003/2004-early Core 2 Duo) CPUs. They're integrated into the chipset. At this resolution and refresh rate, it'll probably run the game flawlessly as long as you turn settings down some notches.
