Can I plug 3 1080p monitors into this computer? It has a GTX 980 and an i7.

Yup, should be fine. Not sure which specific video card they have in there, so I'm not sure what video outputs you'll have or how many. Worst case scenario, you'll have to connect the monitors through a multiple different cables. Should have at least 2 HDMI ports between the card and the i7, and at least 1 DisplayPort or DVI port.

A 980 normally has a DVI-D, an HDMI and 3 or so Display port outputs. Single card can support digital video up to 5120x3200 or basically 3 monitors at 1080
