Can I render/edit videos on this laptop?

Dell Inspiron 13 7000 series,
8GB Ram
Intel HD Graphics 520
Intel i7 6500U 2.50GHz
SK hynix SC210 2.5 7MM 256GB Disk

for the record, my laptop gets hot even with downloading a game on Steam,
I cant look the temperature since Speecy doesnt work on windows 10

a little question: this laptop have VERY tiny buttons which I have to re-press sometimes
because it wont type when I touch lightly, is this normal?

Yep, you should be able to render 720p and 1080p video with considerable speed, although obviously a desktop variant would be optimal!
It should get the job done perfectly fine for casual rendering use.
