can i repair or replace graphic card in dell inspiron 15R 5521?

My laptop fails to boot and people told me that it is an issue with graphics card. As I could not find any other problem with any other hardware I believe it os a problem with graphic card as before I crashed my laptop I saw a message warning me as " video driver has stopper working". Please provide me some insights on the issue and about replacing or repairing graphics card in dell inspiron 15R 5521
