Can I replace my tablet with any screen size or brand?

Hello there, basically I cracked my EMATIC EGQ307 touchscreen and I am looking to replace it. I'd like to know if I can just buy any touch screen or bigger than the 7 inch it's suppose to be. I should just look for one that will fit with the port? Is that how it works?

No you can't just use any screen, you need the right resolution one with the connections in the right spots that will fit your device case. Take a look on ebay for a screen for your model or contact the vendor.
