Can I replace the processor of my Acer laptop?

Can I replace the processor of my Acer Aspire 4736z laptop? Current processor is Intel Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU T4400 @ 2.20GHz. The system type is 32-bit Operating System. Also (if it is replaceable) what processor would you recommend me to use?

Replacing it is not help you game any better. It has integrated graphics. I recommend a MSI GP60.
