Can i run fifa 15 on intel hd graphics 3000

hi I have a laptop intel core i3 with 4gb ram 2.40Ghz and intel hd graphics 3000 please can anybody tell me that can I run fifa 15 at lowest setting.

Yes just lower the resolution to 720P and everything else to minimum also lock the frame-rate to 30fps
