Solved! can i run gta 5 and pubg on 4 gb ram , 1 tb rom with Intel Integrated HD 620 graphics?

Overall, I'd have to say no.

PUBG on HD620 isn't going to be playable to most.
1366x768, very low, and <10FPS.

1280x720 Low-Medium, might be playable (~30FPS)... but that 4GB is going to hurt.
