Have you tried comparing the games requirements to your laptops specs? You would need to make sure that the laptops specs are well above whatever the game requires.

Can you run it? Yes.

Will it be great? Not at all.

It will run GTA V but to make it playable you will most likely need to stick to a lower resolution such as 720p and with reasonably low Graphics settings in game to make sure you can keep above 30 FPS stable. Your laptop has sufficient RAM for the game but your CPU is on the weaker side being a laptop i3 @ 2.3 GHz but the biggest let down is the integrated GPU, a dedicated would help a lot for games but naturally you can't upgrade the one in your laptop.
