I think it will work.... but before I buy splitters and coax just to find out it can't work... Right now I have cable internet that runs into my bedroom where my cable modem is at. We don't pay for TV service but I have an outside TV antenna. The TV antennas go to other rooms and do not run on the same coax. But, I would like to turn my PC that's in my bedroom into a DVR and a media center. So, I was thinking I would put a splitter at the box outside to combine the antenna and cable modem into one coax running to the bedroom. Then in the bedroom, split them again... one coax to the modem and one to the PC with a TV tuner. I think it should work. It's broadband. Both the TV and cable modem should be at completely different bands on the cable. Or am I wrong?
