If you run the resolution way down, maybe.

your graphics chip benches around half of the minimum gpu specs, so if you bust that resolution down to 800x600 it'll work

Also, the opening sequence is fairly difficult to run (at least it was when I played it a while back), so don't draw conclusions from that alone
