Can i upgrade my 1.5GB integrated graphics

Hi there.. I'm using Lenovo G500 4GB RAM Intel i5 processor with 1.5GB Intel integrated graphics card. All i need to know is
1) can i upgrade my graphics card to
2/4GB?
2) if it so then what kind of graphics card should i choose?? Hoping for the good reply
