Can I upgrade my GPU and CPU of my laptop

Hi, I'm using the HP Envy 17 j101sf and i wanted to know if i can replace my GPU, which is GeForce GT 750M 2 Go DDR3 to Nvidia Geforce GTX 960 or something like that. And also can I upgrade my CPU from Intel Core i5 4200m to i7??

Your video card definitely cannot be upgraded. And most likely your CPU is soldered to the motherboard making it also non-up-gradable.
