You can't upgrade laptop CPUs.

You probably can upgrade the processor in your laptop but for the cost and possible damage you might cause in the process is probably not viable for what it likely to be a very marginal performance increase. You definitely can't upgrade a laptop processor of this series to a desktop processor. Learn to love your machine as it is, or look at a memory/SSD upgrade.
