Can I upgrade this laptop's CPU ?

I wanted to upgrade to a Core i5-5200U
Is there anything else I can upgrade too ?

Your CPU is soldered to the board. The only thing in that laptop you might be able to upgrade is the RAM and hard drive, and even then, RAM might be soldered too.
