should work with standard hdmi to dvi cable. if you have comcast netflix is on there system same with fios.

You will need also an audio connection from the BD player to the TV. Otherwise no sound since DVI doesn't carry audio the way HDMI does.
If the BD player doesn't have analog audio outputs you will need an HDMI audio extractor or HDMI to DVI plus audio converter to provide one.

If you don't already have the BD player or need the disc player part you might consider a Roku Express plus that has audio outputs instead. A lot more streaming options on the Roku and not expensive. Check to make sure that the audio output works with the HDMI output on.
