Can I use A8 7200p for Graphic programs as Adobe Illustrator ?!

Hi , I will buy used laptop from a friend it's Asus F550Z , and I wonder that can I use it in graphic issues like Adobe illustrator ?

Here are specs :

CPU A8 7200P Quad core
GPU R5 3 GB up to 6 GB
Ram 8 GB ( I can add more 8 ram to be 16gb )
Hard disk 500 GB HDD

it's excellent condition for 300$

I will do but don't go to high in resolution or dpi with your files as it will start to chug.

The extra cpu power is more than welcome however the gpu is lacking.

Honestly get whichever one is cheapest.

Both are fine for 1920*1080 at 300 dpi with not to many layers and effects.

But Is it real that Temperature will be markedly higher on Asus than Dell ? due to AMD CPU

The intel one will be the one that will run hotter.

I would get the a8 laptop for 250.

The older i7 seems like a better choice then however there is a big chance you'll first have to dust it out with compressed air and redo the thermal paste since it's old and when not propely maintained it will most likely overheat.

I noticed that the core i7 is better performance but it's GPU is very weak compared to the R5 3GB , so incase of graphics which is more needed the higher GPU or higher CPU ?

Both are needed. In the end it's up to you to decide.
