can i use sata to pci-e converter to connect external graphics card for my laptop. iam using dell inspiron 14-3467.

Normally you power the external GPU (eGPU) from a normal pc power supply using the correct power connectors and the eGPU's data connection comes thru an adapter that connects to the laptops m.2 (pcie) slot or the wifi adapters' slot.
