Can I use the mic from my mp4 as the main mic on my desktop?

So I have a really good mp4 microphone and I wanna use this microphone as my main microphone for my computer? Is this possible?
My mp4 is a rare Samsung Q3

What device is this "Samsung Q3" exactly? Is it a media player?

Your computer can use "standard" microphone with 3.5mm jack, or USB microphone (or a webcam with built-in microphone).
