Can I use VirtualBox on windows 10 Home edition?

I am buying a new laptop and the one that I want only comes with Windows 10 Home edition preinstalled... I read somewhere that Windows 10 Pro edition supports Virtualization, but not Win home.... does that mean that VirtualBox won't work on win10home? or does this only apply for Microsoft Hyper-V program??

Windows 10 Home does not include Hyper-V. However, any of the other available VM's can be installed and will run just fine.
