Can my laptop do it?

Im thinking of building a pc but before that, I want to know if my laptop can replace its cpu so I can run a better processor. I'd rather spend a $200 on a cpu instead of starting from scratch. I have a Satellite C55-A5105 with an Intel Celeron N2820. I plan to use my laptop for retro gaming, such as emulator gaming. Some other small net-based games here and there but nothing to serious.

I don't thinks so as only high end laptops can do that.

No, most laptops can as they are pga. But celerons and low cpus like that are usually soldered.

Yea, that's what i thought. I just wanted to be sure. Guess its time to build my first pc.
