Can my laptop handle VR

So I didn't really like to get a 2GB program just for a system VR check, so I want to ask on the forums, can my ASUS X550ZE laptop handle it? System specs: Windows 10, AMD A10 7400p APU, AMD R6 7400p GPU, AMD R5 M230 Series GPU. 8GB of RAM. Also, I know that even the answer on this forum will not be 100% accurate, but that will still may give me a hint, that my laptop may handle VR. Of course, I don't plan on buying a VR headset, because they are really expensive for me. That includes HTC Vive, and Oculus Rift. Also, here's a strange thing I noticed. When I looked at some minimum system specs, I noticed that Oculus Rift needs more RAM than HTC Vive.

that gpu is not for vr

it will run slow, at 10 fps or slower, like a slideshow, but in vr

Well i tried doing steam VR Compatibility guide, but i can't even make it start on my laptop, it just simply crashes when i can see the room.

I think The problem is VGA... check first all the specification of your laptop and the VR specification
