Can my laptop play watch_dogs smoothly and will not lag?

My laptop has the following spec :
Intel Core i7-4500U Processor
1.80GHz turbo up 2.40GHz, 4MB L3 Cache
Windows 8
4GB DDR3 RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GT720M 2GB DDR3
1TB(SATA) HDD

I don't need to run watch_dogs at max or ultra, as long as the graphic is ok I am good with it, so can this laptop support the game?

Yes your graphics card will support the game. As long as its not on ultra maybe mix high and medium settings for best performance.

Quite a good spec laptop that should run it fine, if it lags just turn down the settings you can't expect too much from a laptop.

That laptop will have a really hard time running Watch Dogs on good settings being that it only has an Nvidia GT 720M graphics card. Watch Dogs has really high system requirements, so you will have to kick the graphics and resolution way down to get good results with it.

The minimum requirements for watch dogs is a desktop GTX 460, that's about the same as a GTX 760M/765/850M on a notebook.
