Can my laptop run GTA 5?

I was searching around google to see if my laptop could run GTA 5 on the lowest settings. If so i would buy the game.
Specs : A8-4500M 8GB RAM 7640G 1TB Hard drive.
I saw this guy on youtube run it on his HP DV6 pavillion on around 30fps. https/www.youtube.com/watch?v=POQZunwiGyM

If i do need an upgrade what CPU would i need to buy?

That's not ideal but 720p 30fps could be possible yeah.

Don't think you can just upgrade the CPU of your laptop really. Laptops and all-in-ones are mostly impossible to upgrade.

I don't think the A10-4600M is worth it mate. It's not much better.
