Question Can someone help me with my TCL 3010 soundbar?

I’ve recently bought a TCL 3010 soundbar to go with a tv I got from target a while back. The soundbar was necessary as the tv (AIWA) has pretty bad quality sound. I’ve noticed that the soundbar makes a lot of muffled static noise when the volume is turned down low. I am using the tvs ARC HDMI port and have tried auxiliary as well.
I figured that I must’ve had a faulty product so I replaced it today and I’m running into the same problem with a brand new TCL (same model). Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be? I’ve gone through all the audio settings on my tv and the soundbar itself without getting anywhere.

update the firmware of the TV and the soundbar, if available

how does the TV get its input? analogue or digital?

did you try playing USB audio files or bluetooth transmitted audio files from a phone directly connected to the soundbar?

Which AIWA TV is it?

The AIWA is a AMT-55US, which I assume is digital. I’ve tried the Bluetooth function but have the same problem at low volume. I’m unable to update firmware for either soundbar or tv.
