I recently got my first job at a grocery store and wanted to save up for the Helios 300. Im a big fan of the Elder Scrolls series and wanted to know if the laptop could run Modded Skyrim: Special Edition at 60 frames with maybe some EMB mods? I’ve been playing it on a PS4 with their terrible selection of mods at a solid 30 frames and got tired of it, I’m willing to change the laptop selection if I could get some higher performance in a relatively similar price range.

Heres the link to the laptop: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B06Y4GZS9C/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1516746107&sr=8-3&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=gaming+laptop&dpPl=1&dpID=41v2oytxs9L&ref=plSrch

Congratulations on entering the work force.
That laptop should do fine. The Elder Scrolls game engine is a little clunky, so you will have to take care with the modding. use a mod manager like Nexus.

If you want to get serious about gaming, consider a desktop instead. They last longer. The individual parts are up-gradable. The same money will buy a faster desktop.

pcpartspicker.com is a great resource. I would suggest something based on the Intel i5-8400 CPU.
