Can the Intel HD graphics 520 on a laptop play Overwatch?

So I'm looking into buying this laptop with a 6th gen i5-6200 processor, 8GB ram, and the cpu is 2.3 GHz. The graphics are a Intel HD 520. Can Overwatch be run on those specs? (And can I play not so demanding games from steam like Nuclear Throne and The Ship?)
My budget is $650 (including tax) and under.

Yes, they will(probably) run but will be laggy. I would not recommend it. Considering the specs you posted, there are better options at the same price. If you want other recommendations, post your budget and I'll get some.

Btw, the HD 520 would actually be fine on it's own. My daughter plays more demanding games than your inquiry with less (A8-6410). Running in a dual channel memory configuration will increase the performance favorably with Intel's integrated graphics.

The 950 or 960m would take you far. A 745m or better on a used laptop will work as well.
