Can u help me my tablet will charge but it will not turn on it's a "sanei" and I tried there wed side and it won't work nither

It's a black tablet and it's a sanei and it has two letters at the end and I don't know what they are they r in Chinese it won't turn on can u help

Does something show on the screen that tells you it's charging? Do you press the power button for a few seconds to try turning it on?
