can we charge our speakers using audio jack

i bought a Craig CR4189BT speaker a week ago i broke the harging slot of the speaker now it only have a audio jack and a usb slot and it is battery operated so someone plz help me to sort out this problem of CHARGING it.it also has bluetooth

Probably not with the audio jack, but possibly with the USB port, if the manufacturer designed the speakers that way. Otherwise, no.
