Can we replace 6ohm speaker with 8 ohm

Needing to replace speaker for the weekend DJ gig.....Single 18" cabinet with 6ohm speaker......gone, can i substitute it with an 8 ohm speaker with same amount of power rating? thanks

Yes, but remember you won't be able put as much power as one with 6 ohms.
