Can you install windows apps on an SD card?

I have a Dell Venue 8 Pro 32GB and I have little to no space left on my internal storage. I bought a 32GB micro-SD card for it thinking it would give me a lot more open space but it wont let me download Windows Apps to the SD card, is there a way that I can do this? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

The feature was available under win8 but was removed in the win8.1 update. Even creating a junction to the SD card won't work. :-(
Many people are posting on Microsofts website to re-enable this function. I would suggest you add your voice.
