What would be a good system with the following requirements:

14-16 inch
320-500 GB HDD
Not sure about resolution...
3-6hrs battery life
not a gamer
What to keep for 2-3yrs
Interested in ASUS, but alright with anything that will fit my needs.
Tasks: internet TV (hulu, netflix, p2p streaming)
