Cannot get rid of DNSUnlocker

i've tried everything, removed program, uninstalled chrome, ran numerous ADware cleaners
nothing isn't getting rid of DNSunlocker......
I need some help!!!!!!!!!

I've done every single way of removing DNSunlocker,
for some reason Malwarebytes does not work, i install it, click the .exe and nothing happens
Adwcleaner didn't do anything
hitman pro didn't find anything
I've uninstalled chrome, and also reset the settings

When you are booting up, tap the F8 key repeatedly until you get to the Safe Mode menu. From that menu, select Safe Mode with Networking. Then download, install and run Malwarebytes and ADWcleaner while still in safe mode. Once you have done that, restart the computer and see if it is gone.
