Canon IXUS 95 IS cant show some pictures it took

Hello,
I connected the SD card (used by the Canon camera) to my computer where all the pictures can be found with expected ".jpg" format.
But when plug-in the SD card into the camera, press the "Display" button, only part of these pictures can be shown on the camera screen.
Why I can't see all the pictures on the Camera screen? These "disappeared" picture were also token by the Canon camera.
Appreciate for any idear!

if all the pictures are there when you access the memory card with a card reader on your PC, but some are missing when the card is in the camera, it may mean the camera is faulty.
