Please can you advise which is better between Canon sx430 and Nikom B500

The Nikon uses standard AA batteries which means you never run out of batteries. The Canon uses a rechargeable battery, so you could run out. The Canon has a wider zoom range. The Nikon does 1080p movies, the Canon doesn't.

It depends on what is important to YOU. You need to go handle each one. Play with them at the store. It will usually be pretty obvious which one is better FOR YOU.
