Can't access BIOS with my External Monitor

I by accident cracked my SAMSUNG Laptop screen ( My PC Details => http://www.goo.gl/FFA0DK ), i'm using VGA cable for my laptop to an External Monitor and i have problem, i want to Reset my Windows 7 but i can't access to BIOS with my External Monitor, i actually can't see anything only on Windows login.

Hi,

For you to see everything on your external monitor you'll need to disconnect the ribbon cable that connects the LCD to the motherboard. The external monitor will act as the default display of the laptop.

I Tried 🙁 but nothing happend, i also tried Fn + F4 on BIOS (blindly) and it's either didn't work or my Fn button it doesn't work !
