Cant boot from Hard drive but recognized in BIOS

I cloned my hard drive in a dell inspiron 17 3721 no problem it shows in my computer as d drive. When i took the old drive out and installed new it spins and its recognized in the BIOS but says theres no boot media. the fixed HDD Is recognized by name its a toshiba hdd but SATA ODD isnt detected

Check to make sure you can see files on that cloned drive and that you cloned the full disk not just a partition. What did you use to clone it?

Hi EASEUS disk copy and i can see all the files
