Can't change my TV input to DVI

Hi, I have a Sony Wega flat screen TV and it only has DVI connector. I want to connect my desktop to it, but I have no idea how to switch the input to DVI, I had to buy a universal remote as I've lost the original remote. When I change the input it goes from Video 1 to Video 5, then to normal channels, skipping Video 2 through 4 and beyond 5 if those inputs exist, it also skips the DVI input. It skips the inputs listed above via the universal remote and menu options on the TV itself.

You may have to go into the setup menu to enable the input you want. If your universal remote does not have those functions you may be able to use controls on the TV. Otherwise you will need the original remote or one that has all the codes so you can get into the menu.
They sometimes do this so you don't have to cycle through the unused inputs every time.
