Can't delete Google Chrome, not in add/remove programs.

I'm desperate to delete Google Chrome's ad blocker has usurped AD blocker plus for it's own ad blocker and it's useless, as it's allowing adverts, not blocking them, now I'm being inundated with ads.

Are you able to use Task Manager to right click Google Chrome and "End task".

Then remove disable Google Chrome from Startup?

What about "WIN" + "I" > Apps > Apps & features: Find Google Chrome and uninstall there.
