cant download files

salam,
I have Samsung glaxy pocket everything was fine but when I restore mt mobile eithr I cant download apps on internal sd card of my mobile or any apps from android market but all those who can save in phone memory...
plz help

go to Settings-> Application-> Manage and select the application and in there move to sd card.
Let us know if that helps you.

Switch off the phone, re-insert the sd card. Then try again.

Problem was with the internal sd card...
Not talking about external....
I just go to the sd card menu and root my cell then delt the folder secure and reset.
It is working now...
