Question Can't get external monitor to use a laptop dedicated GPU

I have an Asus gaming laptop with rtx3070, and I just bought a 144hz monitor, but the monitor caps its refresh rate at 120 because it only uses the intel graphics. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

I have an ASUS Zephyrus m16 with a rtx 3070, I recently bought an external monitor that has a refresh rate of 144hz, but no matter what I do, my laptop caps it at only 120hz because it says the display is using the intel integrated graphics. I've watched all the YouTube videos about bios and NVidia control panel settings, but it still won't change the display adapter. Can someone help me, please?
