can't get rid of istartsurf

Hello, as the title says, I can't get rid of istartsurf.

When I go to Control Panel and try to uninstall it, it tells me this,

Which is all fine, not like I'm stupid so I can't type it, but when I do type it, it says this.

(it changed the picture by itself, I'm not trolling or anything)

I would try to remove it manually by deleting its files, but I can't seem to find it.

Can anyone help?

No it doesn't, but nevertheless, I've found the solution if anyone else is having the same problem.

I went to safe mode, clicked Windows Key + R, typed %appdata%, located istartsurf folder and deleted it.

(make sure you delete the shortcut to your web browser and create a new one)

you have to type %appdata% in it and then find the istartweb/istartsurf folder and delete it completely and when you get in google chrome/mozilla firefox, you have to make sure to delete the extension
