Cant get sound from our Panasonic SA-PT956 Home Theater on our new Vizio M60-C3 using hdmi. Please advise!

You will need to use the SPDIF digital audio out of the TV to the optical input on the Panasonic since it doesn't look like it supports ARC (audio return channel) over HDMI.
