Can't install windows 8-wdfilter.sys

Hlo....so i hve a sony vaio laptop....it had some kind of problem at first place so i gave it for repair,,so they repaired and installed windows 7...but when i opened it 2 options where coming....
1.launch startup repair
When i chose this one just one black screen comes.
2.start windows normally
It keeps restarting my laptop
So i checked many websited for the solution...and i got a good one ...that i should use bootable pendrive to install someother window...so i used my friend's pc to boot my pen drive with windows 8....so when i started installing it everything was normal but when the first restart came it brought me back to the start...then i did it many times it keeps comin back there....i found a sol. For this also when the restart came i removed the pendrive....now something else happend...an error occured sayin windows/system32/drivers/wdfilter.sys is missing or corrupted......plz help me with this....

If you sent it to Sony for repair, and it is still under warranty, then your first resource should be to have them fix it. Sounds like it was made worse. Who did the repair; Sony or a third party? Is the machine under warranty?

No...its not under warranty anymore and it was repaired by a third party

Get the third party to fixes it.
