Question Can't open chrome:// links

There are certain chrome: // links that will not open no matter what I do. chrome: //settings for example comes up as err_invalid_url , chrome: //extensions and a whole bunch of other ones do as well. Some do work, chrome: //flags for example and some others. I've tried opening them in incognito mode, I've tried using other browsers- no luck. Have they been blocked? Please help

Also, I’m not sure if this helps or matters at all but I did check chrome: // policy (one of the URLs that actually works) and it says no policies set. When I click “show policies with no value set” a whole big list of them pops up.
