Cant run games well

I have a new laptop with
16 Gb ram
4 GB AMD Radeon R5 M335 (on board intel Hd graphics 520)
i7 6500u @2.50 ghz 2.59 ghz
I cant even run CSGO on ultra low, where i reach about 20 FPS. IS there a way to dedicate more RAM to a program or is there a flaw in my computer?
What should I Do?

Windows automatically allots RAM to the processes it needs it. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game, making sure that all your drivers are up to date, and check that there isn't some other program on your computer eating memory up.

I don't think it's a problem of ram
If a game haven't enought ram, it will crash or it will stutter
I think your laptop is run that game with the integrated graphics and not with the radeon

That did not help. Resource monitor says im only using 4gb ram total, so is there a way to dedicate more ram to an application or something?

Windows automatically allots RAM to the processes it needs it.

You can still try to set the priority levels through your task manager, but I highly doubt you will see any improvement.

Mmm i have a stupid question... have you windows 10 64 bit or 32 bit?
Because 32 bit use only 4 GB of ram

Or maybe your PC is set to "power saver", check to the 'Control Panel'

Your problem is most likely not stemming from RAM, if you did what I told you about mdsched.exe.

Your computer is new, could be a hardware problem, could be what Luca said about power saving mode, etc.

If none of those help, go back to whoever gave you your brand new laptop, and get their support. Could be a faulty unit.

Done some more testing. Only a problem in CSGO so I dont know whats going on.

If it is just CS:GO then check your sound drivers, may seem unrelated, but they are the cause of a lot of problems, simply because CS:GO has a horrible sound system.

I assume you have also done as I suggested earlier and re-installed the game.

How do I check sound drivers?

Press "Windows Key" & "Pause/Break" at the same time, then select device manager from the menu that pops up. In this menu, you can click on a driver and have windows attempt to automatically search for an update. Double clicking should bring up the properties of each of the devices, and under the Driver tab, you will find all that you want to know.

I bought exactly the same PC as you and get the same problem.
I aslo tried everything...
Did you finally fix the problem here? How did you do it?
