Can't save my Visa statements - "denied access" from Adobe

I had the same problem as TTUO3 and was able to "Save as" - didn't have the option for "Save target as..." and it looked like it saved but i got this message: Adobe Reader could not open 'Visa 4.3.14' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded). I have been saving these for over a year until two months ago. I just tried to get into my Visa statement after this attempt and now I can't even see the statement.

If the statements are definitely in PDF format, they have most likely been corrupted (damaged) since you last viewed them.

Presumably they are still available from the original source?
