Can't shut down my asus notebook

I chose shutdown and update option before shut it down... And then I start loading updating. But after all updating process, the computer is showing "we couldn't complete the updates undoing changes don't turn off your computers" I don't know why. It's take a long minutes

Please do try a hard reset, remove the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then see if it the PC will boot up normally. Once the laptop has booted back up try to do the Windows Update again. If all these will not work please do try these support document from Microsoft about Update issues.
