Can't start windows 10 on toshiba satellite. Please help

Last night my computer shut off randomly while I was away from it. When I plugged It in and turned it on , all I could get was the toshiba leading innovAtion screen . Even wierder , theres no spinning circle . It's worth mentioning that I can't access automatic repair . Any help would be appreciated because I've been searching for an answer for hours
