can't stop incomming adverts and app

Galaxy note3.my phone download app itself,adverts come constantly, screen will not go off sometimes,web pages come without even touch it

Do a factory reset on it, option will be in Settings, usually under security. It will wipe everything non-stock off the phone so make sure your files/pictures/etc.. are backed up first and to be safe, remove any SD cards.
